I’ve recently returned to Thumbtack after initially using it years ago when I first started my business. While I’ve found it to be a useful platform, I’ve noticed a recurring challenge: I’ve invested significantly in leads, but many don’t convert into actual business. I’ve encountered unresponsive clients, unanswered calls, and incomplete follow-ups.I specialize in tech services and want to ensure I’m maximizing the value of my investment on this platform. Could anyone share their experiences or offer insights on how they’re performing with Thumbtack?
