Checking in with employees on their health - mentally and physically - is important at Thumbtack. The mission of our Access Employee Resource Group is to build an inclusive community that will support members and improve the broader Thumbtack organization through education and advocacy around diverse health issues. In April, we hosted Thumbtack’s first ever Thumbtack Health Week, which featured virtual workshops from nutrition to meditation, while encouraging all employees to make their health a priority. “We’ve created a very open and nurturing community in the workspace, and it is humbling to be a part of it.” says one of the ERG’s co-leads, Jamie Sanduk.
