Notification selections not working

I should only be receiving notifications (email, push, and text) with customer messages and refunds. But I routinely don’t get these messages, and get texted about opportunities. The only way I know about a new lead is the notification that my card was charged! I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, but I don’t see how this could help with the texting

Hi @Eastnashhandyman Sorry you are experiencing this! Have you checked to make sure you have the most up to date operating system installed as well? If so, I would recommend sending this issue to support@thumbtack.com (or reaching out by phone or SMS) so that they can help submit a report if there is a bug of some sort happening. They will also know more troubleshooting steps!
