Views up, leads down. Why?

A couple of weeks ago, I updated my profile, number of hires, and gathered several new reviews. My number of views doubled, but I've only gotten one (unresponsive) lead - which is even lower than usual. Any ideas? Also, the info on my Performance Summary is incorrect. Says I've gotten 16 leads and two hires in the last six months. That is way off.

Hi @cynbeatty I took a look and can't see anything weird happening. Re: the performance dashboard being off — I would recommend sending that in an email to support@thumbtack.com or calling in to support so that they can log it. I will also let the team that works on the dashboard know that it's not right. How many leads did you actually receive over the past 6 months?

If your Performance Dashboard is not correct and is displaying incorrect information to potential leads, then they may be choosing other Pros who APPEAR to have more experience. Also, the cost of leads for your particular category may have gone up. If you haven't adjusted the amount you're willing to spend per lead to match the increase, the number of leads you get will decrease compared to those who are spending more to get seen.
