Background Check Server Error

Every time I've attempted a background check over the past few months, on both Safari and Chrome desktop browsers, both SSN and photo of an ID, I've gotten a "ServorError" badge and can't move forward.

Help would be appreciated - thank you!

    Hi @hardwick — have you reached out to Thumbtack Support? I think they may be able to help with this, I will see what I can find out too! In the meantime have you tried all the basic troubleshooting like clearing cache/cookies, etc?
