Not only unlicensed but not even a registered company

how can thumbtack stand by and allow unlicensed pros to advertise for service that requires a contractor license? Now I’m seeing pros advertise and not even have a valid business registration with the state. Which means more than likely just my opinion they have no insurance either, but thumbtack takes their money and puts them in contact with customers shame !!!!
