    I'd love learn about leadeship, managing a team, how to make clients return, responsiveness, And honestly, how to stay motivated when the emotional load gets heavy, when is time to improve tools to make workflow esier and more professional, How do you bounce back from a tough experience or misaligned project while staying confident in your value?

    @MrTTennessee are you able to attend our CommuniTEA sessions at all? There are a few photographers that come to those pretty regularly and they could offer some advice specific to your industry! There is also always a representative from Thumbtack there who can offer suggestions!

    Awesome! If you are available, we have a couple of photographers that regularly attend our weekly Zoom sessions. If those times don't work for you I am happy to connect to them within the Community and you can chat online and ask questions, get advice!

    Hi. The main thing that I'm trying to get a feel of is marketing. I run a pressure washing and window cleaning business and I'm at the point where I'm trying to build a portfolio of loyal customers.

    Hi @Bey7 and welcome! I think @Bretdouglas could offer a lot of great advice on building a base loyal customers. He has a landscaping company in FL and has been a Top Pro for nine years straight!
