Thumbtack isn’t treating businesses same as clients

is anyone noticing that thumbtack doesn’t treat us business owners the same as customers? I think it’s unfair they can write reviews and post photos and we can’t post photos back to show proof of their lies. Or even some policies! Or am I the only one dealing with this?
