Have Users Requested Work When You're Closed? Have You Been Denied Refunds?

It happened again. I forgot to "Hide my business" last Saturday July 5th. Sunday, I got a request for same day service. My business has been CLOSED on Sunday for a year and a half. I marked Sunday as CLOSED on Thumbtack a year and a half ago. On Sunday, User requested SAME DAY service. I told him that I'm happy to schedule him tomorrow, but he said he'd "pick someone else". (Probably another Thumbtack request.)

Fifteen bucks down the drain.

So I submitted a refund request. It was denied. Why does Thumbtack offer my services on days when my business is CLOSED. Don't I deserve a day off after spending the cost of a used car on Thumbtack?
