Hi, I'm don't really grasp the thumbtack weekly budget, how this works and if it's worth the money. If it could be explained to me much better that would be great.

The first part of the article shows you how to set your budget and max lead prices, but if you scroll down you'll see more details about how that budget is applied. You have control over how much you want to spend every week — you won't always reach that budget, but you won't go over that budget. There is also this post about budgeting.
