Opportunity Leads

These opportunity leads are an attractive option. Question on how they are charged.

When looking at them it clearly states we are only charged if they respond. What if they are polite and respond saying "no thank you we found someone".

Are we still charged? I searched the articles for this and didn't find an answer.

@HSConstruct if the customer responds with something like, "No thank you, we found someone else" you will not be charged for the lead. Hope this helps!
