ACCOUNT DEACTIVATION OUT OF NO WHERE- LINKED TO WIFES OLD ACCOUNT

My husbands TT was deactivated due to being linked to an account I had years ago before we were even together that I never even used. Now they are saying that I need to resolve my issues first but I have tried to get in connection with support multiple times but its almost impossible and they never get back to you when they say they will. I am very frustrated. I do not want the old account so I am unsure why it is affecting my husbands. He has had his own account for over a year with tons of 5 star reviews with no issue. I am sure everyone can understand that in this economy, this is gut wrenching, what are we supposed to do type of thing.. Any assistance, advice or anything would be appreciated. I am getting no responses or getting told I will get an email that never comes. Can @DustiO possibly help me please?

    I am so sorry for the frustrating situation. I am unfortunately unable to help with these types of issues. The best advice I can give would be to reply from the email he or you received about the deactivation as that email will go directly to the team who works on these cases. You could also try calling support during the day on a weekday if possible. I would also recommend checking spam folders as the emails can often get incorrectly filtered there.
