Paint color lead for $58.00

Yesterday I received a lead over an hour away (that's ok) with the heading 'Exterior Design', which I was charged $58 for (ok if its really that)… But it was a lead for exterior paint selection and estimates. Thumbtack needs to do a better job of vetting leads - educating customers on what my services are! My last 3 leads were people who had never hired a designer (that's ok I can educate them if they are really willing to listen), who never called back after I explained my pricing - which clearly states $100/hour (and I have not upped that price since 2003). I realize some leads won't come to fruition, but the percentage of no knowledge on both ends is getting too steep for me.

Already answered this in another thread, but just in case you didn't see it, I would recommend requesting a refund if the customer requested a service that you do not provide. Hope this helps!
