Does Thumbtack read the Customer Surveys?

My experience having worked in media in the past is that surveys like the one I just sent back to Thumbtack are pooled into aggregate data and a few data points are looked at by some junior executive and then shredded.

So I thought I'd post my response just to make sure someone reads it.
