Delivery format
In services this is one of the questions: "In which of the following formats do you provide photos?"
Does this refer to what you are able to provide (at additional cost), or what is included when you provide the service?
Why is "Digital or online download" not available on all photoshoot types?

@SarzozaPhoto do you know the answer to this? I'm not too familiar with the details within each category!

It can be either. I include digital delivery in my service via Pixieset. I think it's there as some photographers sell prints as part of their business/service model. I do events, so I don't offer prints, but if you're a Wedding or Portrait photographer, you may not offer digital downloads and only prints.
I'd think digital downloads should be default for all photography, but I just know what's standard in my niche.

My question relates to what the client thinks they are getting for my job price. For example, I may have a portrait price set at $150 and the client sees that I have delivery in print or album showing up. I selected this because I do have these options available but my published price does not include prints or an album! The option should clearly show that this is at additional cost. At the moment there is no way to tell if this means offered or included.

@PaulFisher thanks for clarifying - I will send this feedback to our category management team. In the meantime, one workaround could be putting something about what comes with your base prices in your intro. You may have already done this, but it may help!
