Issues with leads and being sent for Window Treatment repair-install jobs

Hi Everyone, I want to know if anyone has encountered this issue. I run a window treatment service and the way our model works is we take care of both procuring the window treatments and installing them. Our policy is that we don't install shades, curtains, or rods that the customer buys from another party. However almost all the leads we get on thumbtack or for window treatment repairs and installation. On top of that thumbtack doesn't allow us to ask specific questions so that we can better target our customers. It used to not be this way back in 2020 and 2021, we would get leads for people who wanted us to take care of the entire project back then. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are looking for a subset of customers that are interested in getting shades, curtains, and blinds from us with the installation included.

Hi @Nina_Bouzanis I will be sure to pass this category specific feedback on. But, I did notice that you do selected that you will install window treatments that customers purchase elsewhere - have you tried unchecking that box to see if it helps?
