Unlinking Google Reviews
Hello,
I originally created one Thumbtack account for my business. Later, after losing access to that original login and believing it was no longer recoverable, I unintentionally created a second account under a different email and imported my reviews. Once I realized both accounts existed, I contacted support immediately to resolve it properly.
At this point:
•One ACTIVE account holds my available balance (funds)
•One DEACTIVATED account holds my imported Google reviews
•Both accounts belong to the same business, same owner, same phone number
My goal is simply to have my funds and my reviews together on one usable account.
Support has told me that the reviews cannot be unlinked and that even if I request full account and data deletion, the Google review link and reviews would still remain. This does not make sense to me, as full data deletion should remove all associated identifiers and links.
I just want my funds and reviews on one account. Is there any known fix for this situation?
