how do i get support

i have been trying for weeks to get “my setup finished” thumbtack wants a review. i have reviews from other sites that can’t be imported to complete this step. of course afte reading all these other posts, it seems that thumbtack doesnt’t care about really helping out potential pros. which does tell me a lot about this company. maybe it is not at all worht the trouble to use this service.

@HmrDwn I am sorry that you haven't had a great experience with Thumbtack's support! You can get your past customers to leave you a review (since the only ones you can import are Google reviews). Here are instructions on how to do that!

We would love to have you join our weekly live virtual networking hour so you can meet some other Thumbtack pros and get advice and tips for success from them! We do have a few pros in the photography/videography space that regularly attend those sessions, too!
