I don't have one for some reason

but a trainer with only a couple jobs done and 4 reviews does… how is this possible when her reviews are 4.7 and mine are 5.0 and I have 9 jobs done?

Hi @SpectrumVictor and welcome! Sorry for the somewhat delayed reply - we are out this week, but I've been trying to check here to answer questions! You can see your rewards progress here when you log in. It looks like for the current period you are just lacking the number of points for Platinum (Top Pro) status. A pro with 4 reviews could still technically reach this status, since we currently don't have a number of reviews requirement, just a review rating requirement (we are exploring changing this, so I have noted your feedback!). You can also see more details about how it works here. Also, you have until the end of February to unlock that Platinum status! And, you can earn a bonus 600 points if you add one of THumbtack's partner integrations, otherwise you'll just need to get those points through customer contacts. Hope this helps!
