Drop in leads
Has anyone experienced a sharp lead drop after an initial strong first few months, even with good reviews and profile optimization?
If so:
did leads resume on their own?
- did you change anything specific?
- or is this tied to seasonality / demand pacing?
- I’m trying to understand whether this is normal platform behavior or something actionable on my end.

Hi @Tati123 and welcome! I took a quick look at your account and I don't see anything weird happening. I can see you're doing everything right:
- You've set your budget and lead prices competitively
- You're responding quickly
- You've got great reviews
- You're ranking in the top 5
From referencing your performance dashboard for more insights, I can see that demand has been lower (less customer searches in your area/categories), so that may be it. I can also see that the other pros ranking up there with you have quite a few more reviews, so that may be an area for improvements. You can import Google reviews if you have any, and you can also ask past clients to leave you a review (see instructions here). You could also try adding more before/after photos, since customers respond well to those.
Hopefully some of this helps! If you want to meet other pros live and ask for advice, you should join our weekly Zoom networking sessions, we'd love to see you there!
