Not sure how to access Pro Rewards

Hi, @DustiO - I was recently notified that I've achieved Platinum status. The link in the email for concierge support just leads to the regular "contact us" page, and the Explore Your Rewards link leads to "page no longer available." I'm particularly interested in concierge support as I've gotten far more leads than usual recently, but zero have led to booked project - and it's costing me a fortune. Thanks!

    Hi @cynbeatty I think you may be viewing an older email? We no longer have concierge support (haven't for a couple of years, unfortunately). The link for our rewards pages has been updated since then. I think the emails can get truncated if they have the same subject line, so the new email may have got stuck in with an old one. You can view your rewards here!

    Just in case though, could you send me a screenshot of the email? I will dig and see if an email was triggered or something. Sorry about the confusion, but huge congrats to you!

    @cynbeatty wanted to close the loop on this - thank you SO much for flagging this! There was on old/outdated triggered campaign that was going out that slipped through. Thanks to your post we got those disabled so that no other pros will receive them. Huge thank you!
