Why does my profile pic look like it was taken with a potato? The original photo that I uploaded is a high resolution photo. But thumbtack made it look super pixelated. Why???

Hi @RuffTimes I can see why that’d be frustrating, especially if the original image you uploaded is high quality.

That doesn’t sound right. We’ve seen other profile and photo-related issues where the best next step is to contact Support so they can take a closer look and file a report ( support@thumbtack.com ).

If re-uploading the photo doesn’t fix it, I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Support so they can investigate your account specifically.
