I have spent the majority of this day trying to figure out how to see the date of the wedding event that is being posted. You made a change to things awhile back and that's when it stopped being displayed. When I try to get into Thumbtack I'm suddenly a customer. I am beyond frustrated. I tried calling twice, texting with the app help, etc. I've gotten nowhere.

Hello @Jeanninefl, Thanks for sharing this. I’m sorry you’ve had such a frustrating time trying to figure this out.

To better understand what’s happening, can you share a little more context about where you’re looking for the wedding date? For example, are you viewing the lead in the app or on desktop, and at what point in the process are you expecting to see the event date?

Also, when you say Thumbtack is suddenly showing you as a customer, does that happen when you sign in, when you click into a lead, or somewhere else? Any screenshots you can share would be really helpful.

The more detail you can provide, the easier it will be for others here to understand whether this is a change in how job details are displayed or a separate account issue.

Hi @Jeanninefl! I logged in as you and can confirm that the dates are visible. You can see all event details by clicking into the message with the customer (screenshot below).

To switch between your pro and customer accounts:

• On desktop: Click your avatar in the top right corner and select “Switch to customer” or “Switch to business” from the dropdown (screenshot below).
• On mobile: There are two separate apps — the Thumbtack app (for customers) and the Thumbtack Pro app (for pros). You can switch by logging into the appropriate app.
