What part of post-construction cleaning do clients underestimates the most?

I feel like post-construction cleaning is one of those things clients don’t fully understand… until they see the dust everywhere.
Even after a renovation “looks” done, there’s usually still fine dust, residue, and stuff hiding in places people don’t expect.
I’ve seen drywall dust and adhesive residue be the biggest surprises.
For those of you who do post-construction cleanups—
what’s something clients are always caught off guard by?

Drywall dust is NO JOKE! When we finished our basement we were finding dust for weeks after!
