Remember, asbestos can be in any home, even recently built ones. We have found asbestos in the joint compound in homes build as recently as 2018. If you demo without testing, you are putting the homeowner, and your workers at risk for several dieseses as well as potentially recieving fines from OSHA, EPA and CDPHE (in Colorado),
