New phone call system started today

Going thru app calls. The connection between me and clients is horrible. Echos, break up , and pauses, horrible communication now. Is this because we are being recorded and thumbtack is trying to save in data space?? Horrible horrible

just got off phone with thumbtack support and can’t even have a conversation . Nothing but echos ,and static very frustrating … wow what a bad idea
