My Pro account has been suspended — need help to reactivate it
Hello,
My name is Zamirbek Razhapov, owner of ZR Master Appliance Repair LLC. My Pro account has been suspended/blocked.
Today I visited the Thumbtack office at 415 Natoma Street in San Francisco to speak with someone in person, but security did not allow me to enter without an appointment. I have also emailed support@thumbtack.com and called the support number, but have not received a response yet.
I would really appreciate any help from the support team or community members on how to get my account reactivated. I am ready to provide any documents or information needed.

Hi @ZrMasterAppliance we are unable to help with this in the Community. I was able to look into your account and it looks like you received an email on June 4 with further instructions. I would recommend following those instructions. Sorry I can't be of more help.
