Pro Rewards Tracker Stalled at 900 Points (Support Help)

Hello @DustiO  and @ArvinC ,

I hope you both are having a wonderful week! I am reaching out to the community forum today to see if I could get a little bit of help with a technical glitch on my account.

My profile is running smoothly and I am actively replying to client leads, but my Pro Rewards tracker seems to have hit a small pause since Monday.

My dashboard is currently showing 900 points when it should be at 1100 points. I have quickly answered 2 leads during this June block, but the points haven't registered yet, even though a friend of mine on the platform is updating normally.Because my account does not have access to the standard live chat, phone, or text support teams, I don't have a way to open a traditional help ticket for this. That is why I am posting here on the forum, hoping an administrator might be able to help me.Whenever you have a free moment, could you please take a look at my profile and share this tracking lag with the engineering team for a quick manual refresh?

    Thanks for bringing this up. I can definitely understand why you'd be concerned when the points you're expecting aren't showing up.

    The Community team isn't able to manually adjust Pro Rewards points or investigate potential tracking issues, but I did take a look and can see that your points are now showing as 1000, up from the 900 points you mentioned in the post, so it does appear that the tracker is updating. If you're expecting additional points beyond that, Support will be the best team to confirm whether everything has been credited correctly.

    I'm sorry that you're running into this over the holiday weekend. Our chat specialists are currently unavailable and will return on Monday at 6:00 AM MT, but you can still reach the team by email at support@thumbtack.com. Since they'll have access to the account details and rewards tracking information, they'll be able to take a closer look if something doesn't seem right.
