Bug with "Post prices" button - Account is stuck (Case #14305216)
Hi everyone, I am a new pro here and I'm facing a serious technical issue that is completely halting my small business. I cannot activate my profile because the "Post prices" button doesn't work on either the app or the website. I fill out all the cleaning prices, but they simply won't save, so I can't turn on my targeting. A support agent already escalated this to the Engineering Team as a top priority (Case #14305216), and we even tried removing and re-adding the House Cleaning category, but it didn't fix the bug. The original ticket might show as closed on your end because it was transferred to the tech department, but the issue is still 100% active. Since I have bills to pay and really need to get to work, could any community moderator or staff member look into Case #14305216, check what stage it is at right now, and see if there is any update from the engineering team? I would deeply appreciate any help. Thank you!
