What do you think are the most attractive aspects of Thumbtack?

What are your biggest struggles with Thumbtack?

Good: I love that I have access to high intent to buy customers, and I can set my own prices. I appreciate the fast customer service/response I receive from my account representative David.

Bad: I wish their accounting was better. Nothing makes my accountants madder than to input expenses one at a time as they hit our credit card. I wish we had more access to leads in rural areas not everyone covers. As a Gorilla Desk user, I wish there was an integration plugin to my CRM.

There is more on both for me, but we will start there. What say you?
