Quick Replies

Simple changes needed:

-Stop limiting characters to 500, need 750 minimum.
-Stop preventing using line breaks from us.
-Allow us to use bold and or underline.

Currently I cannot save any useful formatting of my quick replies. I am forced to write a insane run-on paragraph format or your system will not save it. What in the world do you care how we communicate with the customer.

Seems you want to make us be clear and concise, but sometimes we need to show more detail, and emphasize certain statements. Currently, we cannot.

And please don't answer with, use multiple quick replies to fix this problem. Waste of time for us!

Thanks!

Hi @Jonathan_Stickland , thanks for taking the time to share this feedback.

I can definitely see how having more flexibility with Quick Replies, especially for formatting and character limits, could make it easier to communicate with customers in the way that works best for your business.

I appreciate you being specific about what you'd like to see, including increasing the character limit, supporting line breaks, and allowing formatting like bold or underlined text. Feedback like this is really helpful because it gives the team a clear picture of where the current experience is falling short.

We'll share this with the Product and appropriate teams so they have visibility into your suggestions. Thanks again for taking the time to post your feedback.

Quick replies are helpful, especially when you want to respond fast, but I think they still need to feel personal.

For cleaning leads, one short automatic message is not always enough because the price depends on the scope. A good reply should confirm the service, ask a few important questions, and give the customer an easy next step.

For example, I would ask about bedrooms, bathrooms, type of cleaning, pets, home condition, preferred date, and whether they need any add-ons like inside appliances, baseboards, or move-out cleaning.

Saved replies can save time, but customers should still feel like a real person is paying attention to their request.

I need quick replies to give answers to the same questions we get over and over….is it safe for my kids/pests, what products will you be using, will I need to leave our home, what does this include, how will you get rid of the ant, etc.

I will never rely on quick replies as part of the "pitch."
