Featured Expert how to qualify?

I have been a Thumbtack Top Pro for over 10 years!!

As I see on other competitors' profiles, I am the ONLY CPA to achieve this status continuously for the last 10 years!

However, no one from Thumbtack has either recognized this or asked me to be featured expert.

I wonder why.

Hopefully you are feeling recognized every year when you receive your Top Pro badge! That is a huge accomplishment and something I have not seen very many times, so AMAZING WORK!

We go to Top Pros first when an opportunity arises to be featured, so we will keep you in mind if something comes up for your category. I do not see any other benefit from Thumbtack on being a Top Pro for the last 10 years

I have not been able to talk to any customer service person when I have a question.

After some time, you just work with what you get.
