For a business like yours, I'd definitely make your project photos work for you. Before-and-after photos of countertop installations, repairs, and modifications can help customers quickly understand the quality of your work when they're comparing pros.

I'd also recommend looking beyond just how many leads you're receiving and tracking which types of projects are actually turning into conversations and booked jobs.
