Hi everyone, I’m James! I run Jim's Window Cleaning in the Seattle metro area. It started as a side hustle and quickly became my full-time passion. A few things we consistently hear from our Top Pros when it comes to turning leads into customers are responding quickly, personalizing that first message, and building strong reviews. Many make it a point to respond while the customer is still actively comparing pros and reference something specific about the project rather than sending a generic response.

They also consistently ask happy customers for reviews after completing a job, which helps strengthen their profile and build trust with future customers.
