Hi , My name is Richard Gross. I'm in the service industry-namely I provide bartending services. My company Name is One More Shot Bartending Services.

So some nine years ago a friend recommended I look into joining Thumbtack to help locate more clients and grow my business. I did just that, and it's been a really good experience. The only drawback in that time as been the increase in cost of price leads, which has increased considerably, and that in turn has negatively impacted my bottom line. But aside from that, its been a pretty positive partnership.

My question for the Thumbtack community is how do you feel about now being given a generic phone number to interact w clients as opposed to getting their direct phone number like had been the case up until a few months ago?
