Hi, everyone! I’m the owner of You're Yoga, and I’m passionate about helping people create space to breathe, heal, reconnect, and simply be.

I found yoga more than 10 years ago after losing my younger sibling. At the time, I was looking for something to calm my mind and quiet my thoughts beyond my usual routine of working out and running. What started as a way to get out of my head slowly became a practice that taught me how to sit with myself—my emotions, my healing, and even the parts of myself I was still learning to forgive, like, and love.

My yoga journey, like life, is ever-evolving. It has taught me the beauty of slowing down, being present, and enjoying my own company. Today, I love sharing that journey with others and helping people discover what yoga can become for them.

My question for the Community: What inspired you to start your business, and what keeps you passionate about the work you do?
