I would love genuine suggestions on how to generate leads to build recurring customers?

Hello, everyone! My name is Ofa, and I’m the owner of Clean Air Lawn Care, an electric and organic lawn care business serving communities throughout the Salt Lake Valley in Utah.

I started this business because I wanted to provide reliable, high-quality lawn care while reducing noise, air pollution, and unnecessary chemical use. We offer lawn mowing, organic treatments, weed control, aeration, seasonal cleanups, and recurring lawn care memberships.

As a new Thumbtack pro, my question for the community is: What strategies have helped you manage lead costs, win more jobs, and convert first-time Thumbtack customers into recurring clients?

I’m excited to learn from other professionals and grow alongside this community!

Welcome to the Community, @cleanairlawncareslc ! 👋 Your focus on electric and organic lawn care gives you a clear way to stand out, especially when customers are comparing several lawn care options.

Since recurring memberships are a big part of your business, one approach worth testing is introducing that option early in the conversation instead of waiting until after the first job. You can also keep your targeting focused on the services that are most likely to lead to the type of ongoing customer relationships you’re looking for.

Curious to hear from other pros who offer recurring services too: how do you balance lead costs while turning one-time customers into recurring business? 👇
