Hi everyone! My name is N’Dea, and I’m the owner of Lux Apiana Gardens, a veteran-owned gardening and landscape care business serving the San Diego area.

I started Lux Apiana Gardens from a genuine love of plants, horticulture, and creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. I’m currently studying Horticulture at Cuyamaca College, with a focus on Landscape Technology and Sustainable Urban Landscapes, and I also work hands-on in horticulture and landscape care at a six-acre public garden.

After serving eight years in the U.S. Navy, I decided to take my passion for plants and turn it into a business of my own. Lux Apiana Gardens focuses on garden and landscape maintenance, pruning and seasonal cleanup, plant installation, garden refreshes, and plant recommendations. I especially enjoy helping clients understand their gardens and choose plants that will actually thrive in their space.
