One thing we consistently hear from Top Pros is to keep it short, respond quickly, and make it specific to what the customer actually needs. For junk removal, customers often want to know two things right away: can you handle the job, and what’s the next step?

If you have enough information, you can provide an initial price or range. If not, asking for a few photos can help you better understand the volume before quoting. Offering a specific day or time you’re available can also make it easier to move the conversation toward booking.

And don’t underestimate speed. Getting back to the customer quickly while they’re actively looking can make a big difference.
