why aren’t messages sent through the phones messsage app anymore?

If you’re using a third-party integration like Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan, that may explain why messages are no longer appearing in your phone’s messaging app. SMS mirroring can be turned off when certain integrations are connected to help prevent customers from receiving duplicate messages.
