Non responsive leads/ refund issues

Is it me or is most of the leads now non responsive ?

Don’t answer phone and I literally call less than a minute after getting notification of a new lead, don’t respond to text, don’t respond to message via thumbtack app.

BEFORE this proxy phone number and AI CHANGE I never had a issue.

Also getting leads for services that don’t fall under tile and grout cleaning …

Leads are wanting repairs and installation.

I clearly state in my profile I don’t do repairs and or installation.

But some how these aren’t getting vetted correctly from thumbtack.

I have been denied refunds from the AI system and if they would take the time to listen to the Proxy phone number recorded call that they are not wanting cleaning .

I am waiting in 5 refunds. The AI SYSTEM is failing us PROS .

Requested a REAL LIVE PERSON LISTEN TO THE CALLS. Let’s see how this goes will keep you updated !

Been 48 hours and still no response back on these leads that should not have been sent to me.

I have 3 hours invested in trying to get refund and have money tied up for no reason.

Anyone else having issue like this now ???
