A cleaning request can look simple at first, but the scope can change a lot depending on the home size, number of bathrooms, condition, pets, clutter, access details, and add-ons like baseboards, inside appliances, laundry, or move-out cleaning.

Photos can help too, especially for deep cleaning, move-out cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or homes that may need extra detail work.

I feel most confident when the customer communicates clearly, understands the service they need, and the scope matches the time and price being quoted.

The more details we have upfront, the better the experience is for both the customer and the pro.
