Reviews not showing up ?

Hello and good afternoon, thank you in advance for any help provided.

Yesterday we had accumulated 9 reviews from our current clients, and overnight we received another 10 review overnight.

We should have 19 review but the previous reviews seem to have all been removed with the influx of the new ones ? can someone help me ?

    @sammigirl521 reviews can take a day to show up on your profile once submitted - I saw that you posted this the same day that reviews were left, so you may not have been seeing them yet.

    @DustiO what you said about reviews taking a day to appear is not true. Mine don't show up. I do not know what to do

    @PLCleaning sorry for the delayed response - we were out of office last week. I would suggest emailing support@thumbtack.com if your reviews aren't showing up, or report a bug here.
