Can someone please tell me how to turn off getting direct leads?

I was able to do this & it worked for a few days, but now all of a sudden I am getting charged for direct leads again & prefer that not to happen.

@Maxxtax i can help you pause it so you will not be charged or lose your position until you unpause it.
- go to thumbtack app
- click on services
- top right hand side click on 3 dots …
- click hide my business temporarily
- choose date
