CUSTOMERs CANCEL
Am I the only one who gets instant booked and then the customer cancels? It's happening everyday now. For the past 2 week , canceled instant bookings leads cost me anywhere from $40-$110 and Thumbtack will only give me a refund for 1 out of the 7 cancelation I've had in the past 2 weeks. Can someone please explain to me how this is fair business practice. How am I being held accountable for the customer canceling a appointment they made? PLEASE I am begging for assistance because at this point I'm losing more money than I'm making

I have 5 cancellations that was supposed to be refunded automatically and I’m still waiting. Not only do they not refund the money at all now even when I request a refund they said blah blah under policy it’s not qualified.
