Incorrect Status Level

It shows that we're silver status because our rating is 4.3 but when I look at our profile it says it's a 4.8. We used to be consistently platinum status but somehow dropped to silver. Can someone help me with this please?

Sorry about the confusion here — the review rating for Pro Rewards is based on a rolling 12 month average (not your overall rating). So, I'd try and get some new 5-star reviews in order to bring that up :) Hope this helps!
