@Avixmovingpros I personally see that feedback is sent to relevant teams. However, as stated in our Community Code of Conduct (please review), we encourage pros to keep conversations productive, constructive, and respectful — and we do our best to answer questions quickly and with as much detail as possible. If your question has been addressed, please accept the answer in good faith and move on. This is a great space to be able to connect with other TT pros. We have sessions every other Thursday where pros join to network and connect, as well as a ton of answered questions and constructive conversations. It's up to you how you choose to utilize the space. But, if you have questions for other pros in your industry (I'm happy to help connect you), questions for Thumbtack, etc, feel free to drop those here.
