Why does this happen in Aug 2025?
Got a request from someone who needed wedding videography.
I don't do wedding videography. Thumbtack has a category for wedding videography. For some reason this person chose "Other" for videography type and the typed out "Wedding". It is August 2025. Why is Thumbtack not using AI to guide these people?
When someone types out the word "wedding", a box should pop up and say "Hi, it looks like you are looking for wedding videography. Would you like to repost in that category? You are more likely to find the pro you are looking for there."
I know I have posted the same thing at least a year ago and maybe even two years ago.
Why is Thumbtack so behind the times with using technology to make their platform better?

@DustiO As I suspected, I had made almost the exact same post in May of 2024.
You claim that teams are currently working on this issue. Why were they not aware of the problem 15 months ago?
