Two of the tips I have for creating a stronger profile is to make sure your photos and bio are up to date If you can and have new photos add then it shows you're active and looking to accept new leads. With your bio you want it to highlight your skillset, location and business hours to make sure that the leads that come in match your preference as best as possible.

Yeah, I totally get what you’re saying about keeping your photos and bio updated—it really shows you’re active and serious about taking on new work. I’d also add that having a short intro video can make your profile stand out even more. Just a quick 30–60 second clip saying who you are, what you do, and maybe a fun personal touch can go a long way. It makes your profile feel more real and approachable. and people are way more likely to reach out when they can see the person behind the profile.

Also, highlighting a few featured projects or examples of your work can help customers know what to expect and feel confident hiring you. Even adding a few reviews or testimonials from past clients can boost trust. Basically, keep it updated, show your personality, and make it easy for people to understand why they should pick you it really makes a difference!

I really appreciate this. A strong profile makes all the difference! From my own experience, I’ve noticed that adding a clear, friendly profile photo and a detailed introduction really helps build trust with potential clients. Also, showcasing previous projects and getting a few solid reviews instantly boosts credibility. Consistency and authenticity go a long way.

Thank you so much for sharing these tips. I just joined this community and found your post interesting. I think these ideas will also help me make a better LinkedIn profile for myself.

One small tip from me: keep your profile updated. If you learn a new skill or finish a new project, add it to your profile. A fresh profile shows that you are active and always learning.

Thanks again for taking the time to help everyone.
