what is this button? The one I circled in red. I’m afraid that if I press it I’ll get charged for something or not qualify for a refund.

@RuffTimes I would recommend sending this to support@thumbtack.com as it looks like a bug. They will be able to submit a bug report on your behalf. I will also flag for the team — but I am guessing this is something around requesting a payment from the customer (nothing that you would be charged for).
